Chestnut Park appoints luxury executive as COO


Nicolle Scavuzzo has joined Chestnut Park Real Estate as Chief Operating Officer. Her career has included senior roles in brand  marketing, customer experience and loyalty, CRM technology and training  at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, American Express, and Kognitiv. She adds a deep experience and perspective  that will reinforce the Chestnut Park team as the company continues to expand in the Ontario luxury residential market. Luxury industry leader, Nicolle Scavuzzo, brings a deep customer experience background to Chestnut Park from Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts 


TORONTO, September 9, 2021 –Peerage Realty Partners (“Peerage Realty”) is delighted to announce that Nicolle Scavuzzo has been named Chief Operating Officer of partner firm, Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited.


Nicolle brings deep customer service experience from her previous role as global Vice-President, Recognition and Insights at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. In that capacity, she developed, trained and led an international team dedicated to providing superior customer service and loyalty based on a connected consumer experience design and data curated with a proprietary CRM system. By establishing strong relationships with the Hotel syndicate on the benefits of a customer centric approach, Nicolle secured buy-in and support as she led the modernization efforts for the Four Seasons guest experience powered by technology. Prior to that, Nicolle was Global Director for American Express in New York on the innovation team responsible for developing the first US customer loyalty coalition program, and previously led Business Insights on behalf of all US Retail Merchants.


Most recently, Nicolle was part of the executive leadership team responsible for leading Global Marketing and establishing an Industry Practice at Kognitiv Corporation, an entity that acquired Aimia Loyalty Solutions in 2020, with a focus on transforming loyalty through collaborative commerce.


Nicolle’s appointment will further reinforce Chestnut Park’s commitment to the highest standards of client service and will contribute a heightened level of expertise in the technology-driven applications upon which it is based.
