Peerage Realty Partners CEO, Gavin Swartzman, has made a leap forward on the prestigious 10th annual Swanepoel Power 200 list https://www.realestatealmanac.com.

His move to #38 from #121 last year reflects the Peerage Realty’s sales volumes and the expansion of its partnership network over 2022. In the first half of last year, Peerage Realty Partners welcomed San Diego-based Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Naples-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, and oversaw the merger of Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty with Hasson Real Estate, forging a new realty powerhouse in Oregon and Southwest Washington state.
