An inclusive society is a strong society.

We must always strive to do better when it comes to listening, learning, and building the bridges that connect us all to a brighter future.

Black History Month is an opportunity to learn more about the Black communities around us and the diversity within them.

It’s a reminder to consciously support Black-owned businesses every day – not just in February. There’s a list below, but there are many more to consider.

It’s a challenge to review the lessons of the past – however uncomfortable they may be – with a view to not repeating it. There is just one example below.

It’s up to us to educate ourselves and to be proactive about embracing the benefits of diversity every day.
