Ahead of a planned amalgamation Echelon Wealth Partner and PI Financial, PI Financial has re-branded its business to Ventum Financial. The arrangement between the two companies will close on June 24 – pending regulatory approval.

The combined entity will have AUM of $10 billion and will be one of the largest full service,  independent investment dealers in Canada, offering investment banking, research, sales and a comprehensive advisory and wealth management platform.
