Peerage Realty has completed the placement of a three-year C$175-million revolving credit facility to fund future acquisitions and growth in the North American real estate sector. The revolving credit facilities also provide access to additional financing of approximately C$75 million, bringing the total financing capacity of the facilities to approximately C$250 million.
